This 15-acre parcel located on Hubbard Lake in Alcona County has been permanently protected with a conservation easement with HeadWaters Land Conservancy. The property includes 400 feet of frontage on Hubbard Lake and approximately 1500 feet of frontage on Stevens Creek.
