Dover Township has a winter and a summer tax billing cycle. Winter taxes are due and payable December 1st and may be paid through February 14th without penalty. Summer taxes and due and payable July 1st and may be paid through September 14th without penalty. The Township Treasurer may not accept tax payments after February 28th at which time township tax records are closed and turned over to the Otsego County Treasurer. Payments after February 28th must be sent to the Otsego County Treasurer at 225 West Main Street, Gaylord, Michigan 49735.
